The brightness of a computer screen or even a poorly lit office space can cause eye strain, headaches and even a migraine. If the screen is placed at the wrong height, the neck and shoulders harden and become painful.
💡What to do:
Ensure adequate lighting and provide anti-glare filters to apply to screens where applicable. With a good monitor, monitor arm or laptop stand , you can benefit from an ergonomic position, as the screen is at eye level, putting an end to neck strain. In the meantime, a copy holder would save you from having to constantly lower your head to read paper documents.
