Limited Warranties
All OPAL ERGO products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for five years from the date of receipt, subject to any exceptions, improvements, exclusions and limitations outlined below.
These warranties do not cover product mistreatment, product modifications, failure to follow product instructions, misuse, unauthorized service or repair, improper maintenance or failure to perform preventive maintenance, misuse, damage or defect caused by force majeure, damage caused by power supply problems, use of parts or components not supplied by OPAL ERGO, or damage caused by peripherals, accessories or software from external sources.
OPAL ERGO shall not be liable for any damages, injuries or losses caused by failure to observe instructions associated with product shipping, installation and intended use detailed in installation manuals, instruction sheets, assembly and installation instructions, technical bulletins and/or product documentation.
You will inform OPAL ERGO immediately of any material damage or personal injury caused by the use of OPAL ERGO products.
Please note that this Limited Warranty is only available to the original end consumer purchasing from OPAL ERGO or an authorized retailer, and the Limited Warranty is not transferable. For this warranty to be valid, the OPAL ERGO product must have been purchased directly from OPAL ERGO, an authorized OPAL ERGO distributor, retailer or representative. Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

⦁ Five-year warranty on all laptop stands and monitor stands plus laptop.
⦁ One year warranty on all cell phone holders.
Products of other brands resold by OPAL ERGO
⦁ Products of other brands resold by OPAL ERGO are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (and not OPAL ERGO), unless otherwise stated.

Procedure for product repairs
Warranty Repair
When an OPAL ERGO equipment proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period determined by OPAL ERGO in its sole discretion, OPAL ERGO may elect to replace or repair the unit, or refund the cost of 'purchase. You must receive pre-approval from OPAL ERGO for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of products under warranty.
You must contact OPAL ERGO to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting OPAL ERGO Customer Service online or by telephone. Contact details are available on the OPAL ERGO website. Repairs or replacements of products under warranty do not renew or extend the warranty period.
Out-of-warranty repairs
You may return a non-warranty product for repair if you have received a pre-approved RMA number from OPAL ERGO Customer Service. Labor and shipping costs associated with this out-of-warranty repair will be the sole responsibility of the customer, retailer or installer/integrator.
Standard, product-specific repair costs will be charged for any product repaired outside of the warranty period. Repairs on out-of-warranty products carry a 90-day warranty, from the date of receipt of the product after repair.
If OPAL ERGO notifies you that a returned product has not been found to be defective as a result of testing, then the product will be returned to you. You will be responsible for return postage.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, OPAL ERGO makes no other representations, warranties, or conditions, express or implied, including any representations, warranties, or conditions of merchantability, fitness for specific purpose, non-contravention and non-interference. OPAL ERGO does not warrant that your use of the OPAL ERGO product will be uninterrupted or error free. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
OPAL ERGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OPAL ERGO'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
OPAL ERGO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE END USER FOR THE PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICES.
OPAL ERGO devices are not intended to cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease.
