How to return a product ?

The return is made according to the appropriate means (Post, deliveryman....)

What is the return period?

In accordance with the laws in force, any product sold at Opal.ma can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. After this time, we unfortunately no longer accept returns.

What are the conditions for returning a product and what is the procedure?

Any item sold on our site can be returned in the event of:

  1. Wrong item: not as described
  2. Defective item
  3. Damaged item

In the event of a manufacturing defect, we assume full responsibility and charge for the return. No questions asked.

In the event of a change of mind, the return and delivery costs are covered by the customer. (We can support them if this condition is part of an offer)

We encourage you to read the description carefully in its entirety and to make sure that it corresponds to what you want before placing your order.

Any returned product will be examined. Upon receipt of the return and subject to the conformity of the returned products, we will exchange or refund. However, this contractual commitment will not apply in the event of poor maintenance or misuse as defined in the instructions for use of the product concerned.

If the review is positive, we will reimburse you according to the method chosen.

If the review is negative, you will not be refunded and your product will be returned to you.

Reimbursement is made within 10 days of receipt of the package.

YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION

We prefer to receive our products in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Note : Depending on each case, our team reserves the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the appropriate solution (exchange, partial or full refund).
