SITTING AT THE DESK DURING PREGNANCY: HOW TO ADOPT A GOOD POSTURE?

SITTING AT THE DESK DURING PREGNANCY WITH A LUMBAR CUSHION

On this, adjust the height of the chair as well as the workstation well so that you can tilt towards them and to be closer to them. Then, rest your arms and elbows on your desk or chair while relaxing your shoulders. In this case, your buttocks should especially touch the back of the chair. Above all, do not forget to roll up a towel or use a small lumbar cushion in your lower back.
In reality, if your chair swivels or rolls, don't rock, just rotate your body. When you lift, straighten your legs well and always lean forward. Above all, avoid bending over at your waist. To fully relax your body, stretch your back while leaning back. Do this stretch ten times.

Always working while seated is not beneficial for our health. Adding that to a pregnancy is another pain. At the beginning of the process, you do not feel anything in particular. Also, distribute your weight in both of your hips. Thus, they should form a right angle with your knees. Use a bar or a footrest if necessary. Be careful, do not cross your legs. Simply lay them flat on the floor. However, avoid staying too long in the same position.
You can do other positions, but it is better to keep the position described above so as not to put pressure on your back. However, if you feel back pain, remember to get up from time to time.
