SITTING AT THE DESK DURING PREGNANCY WITH A LUMBAR CUSHION

To relieve your back and avoid any discomfort, it is best to sit with a small cushion suitable for pregnancy. On this, adjust the height of the chair as well as the workstation well so that you can tilt towards them and to be closer to them. Then, rest your arms and elbows on your desk or chair while relaxing your shoulders. In this case, your buttocks should especially touch the back of the chair. Above all, do not forget to roll up a towel or use a small lumbar cushion in your lower back.
In reality, if your chair swivels or rolls, don't rock, just rotate your body. When you lift, straighten your legs well and always lean forward. Above all, avoid bending over at your waist. To fully relax your body, stretch your back while leaning back. Do this stretch ten times.
