Delivery by Amana is made to the address provided (exact and complete address). However, in some cities, a trip may be necessary to the relay point (courier center or postal agency) to collect the package.

Home delivery is done in two attempts, if the package is not delivered it will be pending at the relay point closest to the address of the recipient.

Be careful, once your package is at the counter, you must go there as soon as possible to avoid the risk of it being returned.
