Three movements to relieve your lower back



Here are three exercises, inspired by yoga, to alleviate low back pain:

- The cat: on all fours, exhale while arching your back and drawing your stomach in, then stretch your back while inhaling and looking far ahead of you.

- The sleeping child: knees on the ground, sit on your heels, lean your chest forward and put your forehead on the ground. Stretch your arms out in front of you or keep them relaxed on either side of the body. Breathe slowly.

- On the back: bring the knees to the chest, surround them with your arms, breathe deeply and squeeze your perineum.
